I try to scan something and the display says downloading application list. Then it will say cannot retrieve list

0 I have had no problems before as soon as i put a recyle toner the printer does not load at all .The gears move fine and seems to be loading but never loads.what should i do?

0 Are you using Vista? There's an extra driver you need to run this printer with Vista. You get it through lexmark.com in the U.S.
