scanning a document...

cannot use document scanner to scan document. The computer says " C:\PROGRAM-1\MICROS-3\OFFICE11/WORDVIEW.EXE/N/ " is missing or deleted program My email is ottotransmatic@hotmail.com I hope someone can find the problem. I deleted the program and re-install, still same responce. My name is Carl. thank you.
