Question About Lexmark Printer None
color lexmark z33 printer...

both lights stay on as if its printing but it shows off line.is there a reset somewhere ,how do you turn it off? when you choose lexmark icon it says printer in use,this printer is my 89 yr old moms and she thinks we can fix anything.thanks LL
