I have an x5650. It scans and copies, but will not print. I go to print something off the internet and every time I get an error message that says "printer cannot communicate with the computer". How do I fix this? I tried turning it off, disconnecting the power cord and USB cord at both ends and nothing helps. Thank you for any help you can provide. Jeff (jspike67@aol.com)
