Question About LG Electronics DVD Recorder RH2T160
Disc Playback...

Won't play some discs, displays on screen that it is an unknown disc and to check disc again, how do I fix this problem?

4 Sound to me it's the same problem philips had a few years ago - laser going out of alignment big problem with philips dvdr 890 (read reviews). LG should fix this if under warranty but otherwise may cost a few bucks and might not be worth repairing - new laser for dvdr 890 $250 as a guide.

0 Mine won't play DVD's either, something you'd think is pretty fundamental.
