I have a fridge Freezer LG Model:GRL7TUJA (SERIAL No. 710TRUMO1999) the boton shelves in the freezer are NOT freezing I rung LG for a repair manual but they can not help me. Any ideas how I can solve the problem??? Any technician are asking for the repair's manual. MANY THANKS 4 YOUR HELP
