this is a refrigerator, double door with chiller at top and refrigerator at bottom. this is few years old model made in korea. for the last few months we are facing a problem - some water gets collected inside the refrigerator base (inside) we have tried manual setting of cooling as per the telcom support from lg assistance. initially it reduced but it is appearing again. it has to be manually removed every 12 hrs. pl suggest the suitable eason with remedy
