when setting the 'Mode' for picture quality ( eg C...

when setting the 'Mode' for picture quality ( eg Cinema) it only stays that way i want for a couple of minutes before it reverts back to 'Vivid' - which puts the colour out again - how can I get the mode setting to remain the way i have selected?( ie 'cinema')
