Question About Liebherr Refrigerator KEKNB 5066

Recently bought a condo 2 or 3 years old and the existing appliances are Liebherr. Previous owner failed to leave instructions and cannot set freezer temperature properly, example : ice cream gets very soft, it melts once served.
