I removed the display panel and checked the DC Voltage levels going to the plug. Using the black wire as ground I measured 2 volts on the gray, 2 on the orange , 1 on the brown and 1 volt on the pink wire while using the machine. A previous repair technician estimated a display board replacement but in my judgement the panel needs 6 VDC to operate. This tells me that the battery is dead or there is an open in the power supply system.
