I recently purchased a 1998 model 9500rhr bike and am trying to get the heart rate strap to function. I bought a new Polar Sensor strap from life fitness and activated it using the diagnostic menu. However the system will only pick up the heart rate from the hand sensors and not the strap. I have ben told that there should be a heart rate receiver on the bike. I am trying to find that receiver and determine if it works. Can anyone help me?
