Had this oven installed yesterday and "The Minute Minder" function isn't working unless I'm reading the instruction manual wrong ! It says to turn the dial anti-clockwise past the "Hand" symbol but it won't go past it!! I just want to set a timer without the oven turning off automatically (Automatic function)
