can't replace battery...

Can someone tell me how to remove the battery compartment cover on the back of the Harmony 880 remote? I need to repace my battery and cannot disengage the battery cover

5 To Remove the battery cover you need to press down rather hard (2 Thumbs) on the recess valley at the top of the cover and slide back to release the catch.
