Need troubleshooting step by step for 600 remote. My husband has low vision and he got the remote out of sync. I'm out of town and need to talk my home health aide through how to fix remote and get it back in sync. If I had a picture of the remote and a menu tree structure I can talk her through it. If I was home I could easily fix it, but I'm not
