i have the harmony 510 universal remote and i'm trying to progam it with a new cable box....however it keeps picking up the old box and switching it. because of this, I can't use it because it keeps telling me that a device used to change channels cannot be found. Is there a way i can completely wipe the remote and start over OR bypass that option?
