I have a Lux TX9000b programmable thermostat and the air won't kick on. one while it would come on during the day and not at night then I changed the batteries and it came on at night and then stopped coming on. it would only come on when it wanted to. also at one time I had other alkaline batteries in it instead of energized or duracell . Could it be that I need to replace the thermostat?
