I bought the trio stealth mini 8 GB used it 4 times and now its completely dead. When I plug into usb the computer doesn't even recognize the connection. When I push the side button I dont get the battery icon anymore its just black. No movement. I can't believe I spent so much money on this to break after 4 uses. I have only purchased mp3s from Amazon so there is not harmful software. Please explain to me why I spent so much money this garbage?
