I have tried to download a users manual ,as I have lost the one that came with the product. I haven't used the bullet in a while but brought it out again and thought I would start to use it as before. Unfortunately I can't remember exactly where to start and the downloading wasn't successful at all. Can you please help with this problem. Yours Christine Beer
