We have so much calcium build up that we need to remove the drain filter from the interior floor of the unit. We need to know how to safely remove the rotating sprayer arm to clean the drain filter and avoid washing the calcium chunks into our plumbing. We cannot find our model number listed anywhere and the model number label is still clearly displayed on the dishwasher door frame.
