Model # MCO160UW- My microwave sets itself, at 1:40, runs for 1:40 and goes off. It will do this continually unless I unplug it. NONE of the buttons on the panel works. The only thing that properly works is the light that comes on when I open the door. I saw that another customer had the same problem. Is this a factory problem? What can I do to get this problem solved?
