Hi I purchased this TV a little over a year ago from Walmart and I don't have the reciept nor did I register the product so returning it is not an option. I never used the TV until now and there is a huge black bar about 2-3 inches across the top of the screen. The picture looks like it's trying to fit but the bar won't let it and the picture ends up folding over so it appears backwards. I don't know anything about TVs and their parts or anything but I don't want to waste or shell out 40-150 bucks extra to hope it gets fixed when the tv only cost me 90 bucks brand new. Please help me seriously I've been looking around all over the place for help and answers. I've been told too many things but one thing I have been told that it's not worth getting it repaired at the shop. Thanks in advance.
