My daughter changed the channel on the tv from channel 4 to 3 I pressed the channel up button and found out that there is no channel 4 on the tv and I dont have a remote to the tv and the cable remote for some reason wont allow me to change the tv channel just the cable channel. I already called the cable and tv company and they cant do anything at all to help me. the tv model is magnavox hd2515 c101 and its a 1994 model
