We have a Elite Platinum. The other day we put a roast in and set it like we have done a number of times. If a had not come home early we could have had a fire. All of a sudden the roaster gets hotter than we set. It DOES NOT shut off. It is a year old. Are we to throw it away now? Can you help or are we out of luck? It might need a product recall.
