I have a upright freezer model # mqu2057bew. Ice ...

I have a upright freezer model # mqu2057bew. Ice is accumulating in the bottom of the freezer. I put the temperature on "snowflake" because the food thaws if the temp is any lower. I can not find the drain to see if it is clogged.
