Hello - How long is a normal wash supposed to take? For some reason, with this new machine it takes about 1 hr? Also, it has happened more than 5 x since we bought this new machine that kind of heavy items (blankets, small bathroom rugs) - the machines washes forever, spins forever and then they're still heavily soaked (still swimming in water)! it doesn't rise them!!!! Please help. Thanks
