My Maytag Neptune TL washing machine won't drain &...

My Maytag Neptune TL washing machine won't drain & spin. (2004 model). We've cleaned the drain hose, and checked the pump, but still nothing happens after the wash cycle. The lock on the lid seems to be functioning normally.
