My washer wont fill with water I did the trouble ...

My washer wont fill with water I did the trouble shooting. The hose is not clogged the water is on no fuse is out the lid was closed. I purchased it April 2010. It was delivered and set up by the store i purchased it from. One morning I started a load of laundry it started to fill than stopped. What do you suggest?
