My whirlpool compact washer lcr7244hq1 is recently slowing or stopped agitating . It seems to happen especially during the spin cycle. Do i need to replace the agitator innards ? What part? If so, how do get the shaft off? I removed the side screw of of the side of the shaft and was unable to remove the shaft. I literally pulled so hard I lifted the unit off of the ground. Please help! Thanks
