purchased Maytag washer-continnential Tech. year...

purchased Maytag washer-continnential Tech. year 2011. can not find our booklet. Model # MVW C 200XWO Serial #C04520845 Machine will not go to spin cycle by itself it goes to done and the cloths are soaking wet, because it does not go to sprin. I need to find out why.
