Really nasty sound while spinning, then seized. Took off front cover and found that motor mount seems REALLY loose - several degrees of freedom. Doesn't seem right. I can see that it is designed to move laterally to keep tension while the tub rocks while spinning, but this mount can also pivot up and down which puts the motor's shaft at a very weird angle. Is that intended or is my motor mount the likely issue. I can move the unloaded tub by hand.
