I have a wireless multimedia keyboard and mouse model kb985w S/N 061031156. I have replaced the batteries in both the keyboard and mouse. But still having problems . Mouse comes on but does not move on the screen, keyboard shows no sign of live. it only has the "Low Battery" light which I put new batteries in so its not gonna come on. I am looking for the manel so I can make sure I not missing something or missing a step.
