I am making a second Christmas fruit cake as the first one was not successful. Cooked too long/too hot it dried out too much? The manual talks about Fresh Fruit cake in the baking chart, is this the same thing? Also although the manual gives times for both conventional and Fan Plus which method would you consider the best? thanks Helen
