I have a Mistral Heat pump model no.mss15. When I turn it on, the run and sleep lights flash, but it doesnt work. Can anyone help?

0 Mine did this after installation. The problem was the two core wire connecting at the indoor unit hahd dropped out of its connector. Works fine now.
