Question About Mistral Air Conditioner Mss25
I have a MSS25 A/C nit and I can't get it to cool....

I have a MSS25 A/C nit and I can't get it to cool. It blows air but just nor A/C. Please help me, I am dieing. I have tried the following, reseting the remote, changing the batterries and ressetting, putting it on heat (which doesn't work either) the changing it back to cold, turning the mains off and on again, it feels like just about everything. I really need help PLEASE!!! '
