Question About Mistral Convection Oven MC01230G
I would like to know how to do simple things like ...

I would like to know how to do simple things like just sing vegetables - to do roasted potato/carrots/pumpkin/sweet potato etc. - not sure how long and what temperature. I am a vegetarian and this is what I purchased the product for - mainly to steam or bake / roast vegies - can you please assist - as the book only seems to cater for meat.
