It seems to fill the filter compartment too much and it overflows (spreading the coffee everywhere but in jug, and the coffe that does come out has coffee residue in it) before it gets to dispense the coffee. It heats water fine. Not sure how much water im meant to be putting in water compartment at back. Need the manual to know what going on. Thanks
