I am having trouble changing the name on one of the extensions on this phone. I am following the instructions 5312/5324 IP Phone User Guide, but they are not helping with this. I press the key with the phone on it, then line 1, it is suppose to give me the phones IP address and it does not, so I am lost as to what to do. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated!!
