This is a MSZ-A18YV which doesn't come up when I look for a manual. In trying to get it to heat properly we seem to have pressed every button on the remote. Can't get the clock to stop flashing. Can't get the fan to shut down when up to heat and can't get the settings right so can just flick up or down when to cold / hot. Anybody have one of these and can help. It's 3 or 4 years old.
