We have a Mitsubishi tv. A visitor pushed a lot of buttons and now we get a black screen covering our picture. We can see the outer edges of the picture only. If we push the volume up or down, then we can the nice picture for a few seconds and then the black covering screen appears. Our model number is CS-40503. Our serial number is 511040.
