I have a Moen 7300 Kitchen Faucet with a separate handle from the spigot. The spigot is on a long tube which can be raised and Lowered, The spigot was raised past the second notch ring on the tube and now it won`t go back down, iv`e tried to lower it after tacking off the bottom nut and it still won`t go back down. Is there a trick to this or what...... "PLEASE HELP ME MR.WIZZARD".......
