I bought the above product from Amazon a couple of years ago. I've only used it once and haven't bothered to use it again because of a leakage from the jug to the base of the blender. Unfortunately, Amazon doesn't provide any guarantee after three months from the purchase date. I'm now seeking help from Morphy Richards which I hope I'll get.
