We use NEC PSIII phones as portable phones for our system in a care home. One of the phones was used by a contractor who is no longer employed by our facility. We do not know the access code for the voice mail on the phone and the contractor does not remember the number. Is there a way to reset the password for the phone. Losing any stored voicemails is not an issue.
