MY UNIT MFG DATE IS 08/26/1995, SERIAL # T-970990, IS IT OUT~DATED? THE REASON I ASK, IS THAT IT SOUNDS CONTINUOSLY, EVEN THO' ANOTHER TESTER INDICATES NO CARBON DIOXIDE DANGER. A MANUAL WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL, THANK YOU!
