Question About Nighthawk 4790
last night smoke alarm started yelling fire fire....

last night smoke alarm started yelling fire fire. i shut it off a few minutes later, same thing happened. i assumed that it was the batteries. i changed the batteries. as soon as i put the last battery in it starts screeching and wont stop what did i do wrong
