Question About Norcent Technologies Digital Camera DCC-725
Stuck shutter/lens and LCD screen displays nothing...

This is a brand new camera just tossed out the manual thinking I wouldn't need it. There are brand new batteries in it. I've never used it befor either. My B-day is next week and I need to take pictures!!!!
