We first turned unit upside down for 24 hrs, reinstalled unit in RV and it would still not cool. Removed unit after 2 wks and installed new upgraded circuit board. "ON" light is on but unit still will not cool. Checked after 3 hrs and still not cooling. Could someone give me a hint as to what we have done wrong or not done and what else could be wrong with the unit
