I have a Nordic Track CX988 Elliptical which is five years old. It was working fine. I moved it from our bedroom to our new "office". When we plugged it in, it began to calibrate the incline. It went all the way up, and that is where it stayed. We have unplugged and plugged in numerous times and nothing. You can hear the motor run, but the incline won't come down. Any ideas?
