I purchased an elliptical model E6.3 on 2/8/2014. When we tried to use it in the manual mode it keeps skipping to the next resistance level and we cannot stop it from doing that. I took the monitor/control head off to see if I had the wires on it correctly. It appears that I do. Will you please tell me what to do next. I am not at my machine because I am at work.
