Nordic Track VGR 910 elliptical - want resistance when the dial is turned on the console. Made several adjustments, noticed the flywheel has a coppor strip surrounding it. Is the resistance a function of a braking process with pressure against the flywheel OR is the resistance a function of the coppor strip providing an electromagnetic type of resistance? merely what to get resistance as the dial is turned for more resistance.
