Wondering how to fiddle with the cable/hook at the base of the neck in order to have the tension handle work better. Have taken apart the main column where it joins with the floor bracket and can see the assembly. Have hooked it back together with little bell at end of cable wrapped into the wire--looks just like a bicycle brake. Now i just want to know what to do with that little nut at the bottom to make it more sensitive when i turn the tensioner.
